Raspberry Social in Memory of Ange-Aimée Woods

Friends and family members are cordially invited to and Endless Banquet summer social at the Marché des possibles (5635 rue St-Dominique) on Saturday July 26 from noon to 4:00 P.M.

Proceeeds will benefit the Ange-Aimée Woods Memorial Bursary. A lunch of chopped pork sandwiches, raspberry soda and fresh Quebec raspberries with sponge cake and cream will be served, while supplies last. All are welcome!

A big thank-you to all who gave to Ange-Aimee`s memorial service fund.  Your generosity allowed us to put on a service and after-party that were worthy of her.  We are still finalizing the accounting, but it looks as though we raised everything we needed, and may have some funds left over to give to the bursary.  All donors will receive a full breakdown of costs once accounting is finished.

We are now asking anyone who still wishes to give to donate to the memorial bursary that has been set up in her name at Concordia university (see right-hand saidebar).  Thanks to your generosity, Ange-Aimee`s legacy will live on, and will help future journalists with their studies.
